Heavy Hair Loss, Is it Normal?

I am 26, male. I am not married. I have lost a lot of my forehead hair. Now I am Half bald. Just I am covering my forehead using remaining hairs which is rest in my forehead. last 15 days back I went to doctor (Hair Specialist). He prescribed FIN AX Tablet & Minoxidil for Hair Regrowth and one more Shampoo for Dandruff (Weekly 2 days). Now I am using these. But after I started this treatment I noticed heavy hair loss. It's 200% more than before treatment. But somebody told Hair will Regrowth after 3 month. This hair loss is too worst. Kindly tell me is it normal or something problem. Can I continue the treatment or stop?. Please suggest your opinion.
