If I have horrific fantasies and urges...?

...will I pursue them. As of right now I'm trying to quench them through watching gory movies, sketching amazing horrific sexy pictures of people being mutilated, imaging myself pursuing the act and writing about my fantasies. I love the idea, but don't want to rot in jail...how can I stop my urges before I actually kill someone even if I don't want to.
