What is on my kitten??? plz help?

my kitten is only 2 months old and 3 weeks ago a ring shape appeared on her arm and has no hair its getting bigger so we took her to the vet and he gave me an anti-fungal spray because she seems to have a ringworm. but i never see her scratching it, so apparently it doesn't itch or annoys her. so im wondering can it be something else? its scaly too nd a week ago i noticed both of her ears they look like they have dandruff on it or something but has hair on her ears.so what can it be?
