PLEASE ANSWERR!! SERIOUS QUESTION!?

i have dryness on the front part of my scalp ONLY like the part closest to my forehead, it looks like dandrufff (flakes) but it cant be dandruff since its only in one place and not in the WHOLE SCALP! so anyways, i washed my hair with anti-dandruff shampoo hoping it would help.. then i applied vaseline on that part of my scalp.. do u think it will dissapear? D:
