HDTV PS3 green and purple lines? ?

So I have this 23pf5320/28 Philips HDTV and I have a component cable hooked up to my ps3 because the tv doesn't have hdmi and I get these green and purple lines like if the colors arent aligned with the picture. How can I fix this? Thanks.
