Is my knuckle broken/dislocated?

well i was in school and i punch a hard wall and my knuckle stung and i repeatedly punch the wall (in really angry mood with year head) anyway my knuckle was really really sore at this point and i could move the knuckle and there was a reddy/purple bulge/lump where the knuckle was and it is still really painful
