Why does my cat have so much dandruff?!?

You should mention this to the vet, as feline dandruff is not the same as human dandruff and can potentially be more serious. It can be indicative of a skin disorder, dehydration, infection or even diabetes. Diet could also be a factor. Using shampoo designed for humans is definitely NOT recommended, and in any case doesn't tackle the root cause.
