Does scratching count as self mutilation?

Yes I does count as self mutilation. You will be breaking your promise. The one thing is do you do it untill it bleeds and why are you doing this to yourself. I also scratch because I hear and see things and it's a way for me to forget. So don't scratch it's bad and painfull.
