Does the mother have to be in agreement for her son to be circumcised? (10 points)?

My husband wants our baby boy's genitals to be mutilated at birth, but me, as his mother, say NO. At the rate things are going, we will probably get divorced soon anyway which is no problem because I have rich parents who will welcome me and my son back into their home with open arms. So, does my husband have a right to get the baby circumcised without my consent??
