Hair help? Dandruff and frizz!!!!!?

Okay, so I have straight, thick brown hair. It's normally alright but sometimes (normally after a shower) its super duper duper duper frizzy!!!!! Any ideas why this is happening and what to do about it? I also have dandruff??? Does anyone have any helpful things about the the dandruff as well?
