EMERGENCY WHAT TO DOO!?

i was checking my scalp andnoticed that JUST THE FRONT part of my scalp above my face directly has white stuff on it, but the rest of my scalp is CLEARR!! i think its because in the morning when i wash my face the soap reaches to the front side of my scalp!! so this is obviously dryness from the soap !!so is this like dandruff or dryness!?! how can i treat it!? D: my mom says its just dryness and NOT dandru
