Could I possibly be pregnant?

I had what seemed to be a period about a week and a half ago to two weeks ago. But this week all week I've been having migraines, cramps in my sides stomach and back, my nipples are a purple color. Also my boobs have been having sharp shooting pains through them and sometimes they tingle. all of these pains aren't constant they come in and out but the ones in my sides are kind of a stabbing pain.
