Whats better? Dove or Head and Shoulders?

My mom brother usually buys me Dove but sometimes he gets Head and Shoulders. Dove makes my hair soft and managable and I know Head and Shoulders is supposed to take away dandruff but it seems to be GIVING me dandruff. Maybe it's just becuase I don't have dandruff in the first place? It also makes my hair rough.
