How can i stop my dandruff?

i have tryed everything possible head and shoulders, medicated shampoos, different conditioners, lotion, and alot of other things and NOTHIGN seems to work, it has been very bad for the past i would say 6 months and even after i take a shower about 20 minutes later i could brush my hair and yet again more dandruff will be there
