Question about dandruff (I'm not sure about it)?

Well I'm 17 and I have dandruff and pretty bad too alot of my hair has fallen out but not any bald spots thankfully. but will the hair I lost and fell off grow back also how do I get rid off dandruff do I use head and shoulders of something?
